What Infuse Is

Infuse is not a large, fancy spa.  It is a single treatment room with cutting edge treatments and products.  You won’t get a different Esthetician each time you visit.  You will always see Mary, who keeps up to date on all of the latest skin care trends and has over 20 years of experience as an Esthetician.  You won’t receive a treatment that follows standard protocols.  You’ll receive a treatment that is customized to your specific needs and gets changed any time your needs change.  Your treatment time will be spent getting the best results for your skin, not on fluff (unless you request that).  At Infuse, you have a dedicated partner in your skin’s health and beauty.

Meeting your needs

Fifteen minutes before your appointment at Infuse Skin and Body Spa in Peoria, IL, you’ll receive a text asking you to check in.  When you arrive at the building, you will check in and receive a text telling you to come in.  You’ll be greeted at the door and any needs or concerns will be discussed before your skin care treatment.

Preparing for your treatment

If you are coming to our spa for waxing, please allow at least three weeks of hair growth before your wax. For men, we recommend shaving prior to having a facial for maximum comfort and benefit to the skin. Other treatments require no preparation.

Your privacy

You can rest assured that we protect your privacy at our spa – we do not share your name or information with other clients or solicitors.

Making reservations

Advance booking prior to the intended treatment time is necessary. We do not take walk-ins.  You can either call 309-360-9035 or schedule appointments online.

Arriving on time

To make the most of your spa experience, please arrive on time for your appointments.

Late arrivals

In the event that you are running late, we will do our best to conduct your full treatment. However, please note that the treatment may need to be shortened should there be another booking immediately afterwards.

Minimum age

Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by their guardian.

Cancellation

In consideration of other spa guests, as your treatment requires that facilities be reserved, we request a minimum of 48 hour’s notice if you are unable to keep your appointment. Please call our staff, who will be happy to reschedule. No shows or appointments cancelled within 24 hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

Your comfort

Although we do our best to anticipate your needs, we appreciate that a spa is a very individual experience. Please let your therapist know if there is any way that she can improve your treatment or comfort – for example, heavier or lighter massage pressure, an extra blanket, sound or lighting levels. We appreciate your feedback.
