Hydrafacial – think of it as a wet microdermabrasion to exfoliate and hydrate

While most people haven’t heard of the HydraFacial treatment, most people know what microdermabrasion is.  Microdermabrasion uses a wand with a rough tip to break up the surface of the skin, and suction to vacuum away the debris.  The HydraFacial treatment does the same thing, but while removing dead skin cells and impurities, it simultaneously bathes the new skin with cleansing, hydrating and moisturizing serums.  There is a specialized solution for normal to dry skin and one for normal to oily/problem skin.  There is also a solution, used at the end, that saturates the skin with antioxidants.

HydraFacial
Different levels of exfoliation with different tips

All skin types can benefit from the HydraFacial  treatment , even sensitive skin.  Before a treatment, the skin is analyzed to determine which solutions, which exfoliating tip and what suction to use.  No two people have the same skin, so there are many settings that can be adjusted for each individual.

While the standard protocol for a HydraFacial treatment only takes 15 minutes, at Infuse we focus 45 minutes on the skin.  Care is taken to make sure all of the dead skin cells are removed and blackheads are eliminated.  We spend a little more time than recommended infusing the antioxidant serum because we understand the value of antioxidants.

When the treatment is complete, we add a custom masque or serums and follow it up with either LED or ultrasonic to penetrate the antioxidants even further and help build collagen.  This is followed by a short facial massage with the correct hydrator for the skin.

The HydraFacial treatment is an excellent choice for many skin types.  Mature skin will notice a lessening of fine lines and wrinkles, along with deep hydration.  Oily skin types will see a decrease in sebum production, along with smoother skin.  With regular treatments, a dramatic difference can be seen in the skin.

We recommend treatments be done every four to six weeks to keep the skin healthy, prevent further damage and make it glow.
